How to Find Your Oil Analysis Results
- Log into your account.
Please note, you must log into the account you want to view. If you want to view a customer’s sample, you must log in as the customer. - Click on Sample Tracking.
- Review the Sample Tracking status:
- If everything is green, the sample is completed.
- If there is a red dot, that is the stage where the sample is in the process.
- If the unit you are looking for is not listed:
It may be lost in the mail, or when the sample was received it was missing information that left the laboratory unable to identify it. - Mailing label tracking:
Please remember to take a snapshot of the tracking number on the postage paid mailing label if applicable. The tracking number can be tracked on the USPS website and helps the laboratory when trying to find the sample. - If all else fails:
